The 9th st parking next to the East side of Chase field is the only location with 120/240. In the garage they have the avcon which can use the adapter like I had to become a standard 240. The garage also has the paddle but that doesn't seem to be on many of our EV's today.
Alright here's the situation on EV charging down town.
The Arizona Center has two charging spaces. Each has a paddle charger and an Avcon. Since I don't think any of us can use the paddle charger all I can say is they are powered. The north Avcon works, the south one does not. You have to turn the power switch on that is right by the chargers. These spaces are very tight so lets try and not bump each others doors.
Also the Arizona Center has some 120 volt outlets scattered around the garage. They are on the (I hope I get this right) South West and North East Corners of the garage near the stairs. They seem to be in one single conduit running straight up. On some floors they are in Handicapped spaces so that will make accessing them difficult. Also some of the levels are gated off for some businesses like APS (Hmm, maybe they could get us up there). I do not know how far up you can go. Also, I did not get a chance to even check and see if the outlets were powered, I was just walking through. My guess would be each side of the garage is on its own circuit so if someone is charging on one floor and another person tries charging above them we might end up with a tripped circuit breaker and no idea where the breaker is.
The Ballpark is within easy walking distance also and it has tons of charging. As I've mentioned before it has 4 paddle chargers, 2 Avcon's and 2 boxes with 14-50 and 5-20 regular outlets. This site comes with resolvable issues. One is there will be that the spaces will be occupied by gas vehicles unless we make prior arrangements during a game day. I spoke with the guard who works there, if we let security know ahead of time they will keep spaces open for us. He also gave me a schedule. For the rest of the year it looks like we have to worry about May 31st, August 30th, and September 27th. June 28th and July 26th are away games. What this is going to require us to do is figure out who all is coming and going to charge, we'll call security the day before and day of to request they relay a message to the east gate guard and they should be able to keep us charging spaces open. That and we can be out of there well before game time so if they need the spaces they can be open again.
So it's important we organize the charging at our new meeting location so please, everyone let me know ahead of time if your bringing an EV to the meetings.
The other issue with the ball park charging is that the East most box that has the regular outlets in it feeds the little guard shack. This powers the AC and radio so it's important we don't unplug this in order to keep a good relationship with ballpark security. I was just thinking though, if we do need to use it the smallish AC and radio can't use that much power and the box is labeled to be on a 40 amp circuit so we can probably just make a splitter of some sort so an EV and the guard shack can all be plugged in at once. I've got an Avcon adapter I can use so that frees up at least the one set of regular outlets.
I guess I should mention where the ballpark chargers are too. They are located under the "bridge" that is there on 7th st for no apparent reason. You have to go East past the ball park to get to them. Take 9th Street South to Jackson (you can't go any further South) then turn West back toward the ballpark. It's usually easiest to access off of Jefferson due to the construction in the area right now. Washington also goes through. The chargers are straight ahead past the little guard shack and the stop sign. If security is there just tell them you want to charge. If there is nothing major going on that day there should be some space open to use, but it is best to call ahead.
For the Arizona Center enter the garage from the main North entrance. Go straight in and drive past the sign that says you have to turn left. The charging spaces are on your right, or South West corner of the bottom floor. Parking is a couple bucks per hour. There is no one at the exits to take your money now, only machines. There is a pay machine near the bottom level elevators, it's easier to pay it. If we end up eating in the mall there they will validate your parking and it is cheaper so bring your ticket with you. We'll have to see if we can maybe get the dead Avcon swapped out to a set of regular outlets eventually (or maybe fix the dead Avcon if it's easy).

I can add a little more information on charging at the Arizona Center.

A couple of months ago I cycled through this structure, specifically looking at the charging options, and found one of the outlets Rick mentioned on the 2nd floor, SW corner. At the time I confirmed that it had power, although one of the two outlets had the ground pin broken off in it, so it would be impossible to plug a grounded plug into that particular socket. On the first floor, roughly straight below the outlet, a golf cart was plugged in, so if Rick's suspicions that the SW power is all a single circuit, this could present a problem. For those wondering, the golf cart was parked in an area not accessable to normal vehicles, so it isn't possible to park and charge one of our EV's in an adjacent spot, at least not without running an extension cord. If I recall correctly, running an extension cord would also mean crossing a stairway/pedestrian thoroughfair, so this probably won't be a good option regardless.
