EAA Meetings at the Arizona Solar Test and Research (STAR) Center
The Arizona Solar Test and Research (STAR) Center is located at 1500 East University Drive, in Tempe. Generally speaking, the STAR Center is on the north side of University Drive, just west of McClintock Drive. For an interactive map and directions to this site, click here. (Please note that if you use the interactive Google Maps site, the address has been changed to 1650 East University to better approximate the location of the actual STAR Center building (and parking).
From the Loop 202 Eastbound: Exit at Scottsdale/Rural Roads (Exit 7). Turn right onto Rural Road and proceed 1 mile. Turn left onto University Drive. The STAR Center will be on your left in about 0.8 miles.
From the Loop 202 Westbound: Exit at Dobson Road (Exit 10). Turn left onto Dobson Road and proceed 1.2 miles. Turn right onto University Drive. As you pass McClintock Drive in 2 miles, the STAR Center will be on your right in less than a quarter of a mile.
From the 101 Northbound: Exit at University Drive/Rio Salado Parkway (Exit 52). Turn left onto University Drive. As you pass McClintock Drive in 1 mile, the STAR Center will be on your right in less than a quarter of a mile.
From the 101 Southbound: Exit at University Drive/Rio Salado Parkway (Exit 52). Continue down the frontage road to University Drive and turn right. As you pass McClintock Drive in 1 mile, the STAR Center will be on your right in less than a quarter of a mile.
